Airmen of the 386th Expeditionary Medical Group remove a mock patient from a U.S. Navy MH-60 Sierra helicopter here July 22 as part of refresher litter training. The training is provided to familiarize airmen on the loading and extraction of patients during medical evacuation missions in support of operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom.
