The Clothesline Project display is using t-shirts created by victims of military sexual trauma, and people who have a message to voice about MST, to "break the silence" and to bear witness to sexual violence. The event gives survivors an opportunity to express their experiences through the t-shirt artwork, and for some it may be a first step in the healing process of emotional recovery from violence against them.
