Chief Warrant Officer 3 Warren Burgess, Wyoming Army National Guard information assurance manager, gets his blood drawn by Viqi Garcia, a phlebotomist with Wyoming Health Fairs, Oct. 21, 2016 at the Joint Force Readiness Center in Cheyenne. The blood draw is part of the Benefits and Wellness Fair at the Military Department headquarters. The blood draw will be conducted through 10 a.m. No appointment is necessary, but bring an insurance card.
