Desiree Mattson, a military pay technician, dropped, covered and held on under her desk at the Joint Force Readiness Center in Cheyenne during a national earthquake preparedness drill held Oct. 20. The Wyoming Military Department issued an earthquake drill at 10:20 a.m. In accordance with the “ShakeOut” effort.
