Chief Warrant Officer 4 David Black, Camp Guernsey Joint Training Center safety officer, is getting ready to keep it safe for next year’s total eclipse. Guernsey is expected to draw a lot of visitors for the August 21, 2017 event and will host NASA-funded scientists and students drawn to one of the optimal spots in the country for observing the phenomena.
