ARABIAN GULF (Oct. 21, 2016) Petty Officer 1st Class Justin Troglin conducts maintenance on the propeller of an E2-C Hawkeye assigned to the Screwtops of Airborne Early Warning Squadron (VAW) 123 in the hangar bay of the aircraft carrier USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN 69) (Ike). Troglin works aboard Ike as a aviation electrician's mate and is responsible inspecting, maintaining and fixing electronic components of the aircraft. Ike and its Carrier Strike Group are deployed in support of Operation Inherent Resolve, maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of operations.
