A Marine with 3rd Battalion, 8th Marine Regiment, ties a double fisherman’s knot in a time limit of 30 seconds, while blindfolded during Assault Climbers Course 3-16, aboard Marine Corps Mountain Warfare Training Center, Bridgeport, Calif., August 30, 2016. This knot is used to join two ropes of the same diameter and is one of 16 knots tested during ACC.
