PACIFIC OCEAN (Oct. 15, 2016) U.S. Coast Guard personnel inspect a lifeboat aboard a merchant fishing vessel during Oceania Maritime Security Initiative (OMSI). The guided-missile destroyer USS Momsen (DDG 92) is currently participating in OMSI with Coast Guard District 14.
