STUTTGART, Germany - Master Chief Petty Officer Raymond Kemp, U.S. Naval
Forces Europe-Africa's Senior Enlisted Leader, speaks to Sailors assigned to

The Navy recently announced the program which converts rating names and
their abbreviations to alphanumeric codes known as Navy Occupational
