Sailors aboard the amphibious transport dock ship USS New Orleans fire 9mm small arms on the flight deck during qualification trials. New Orleans is participating in Southern Partnership Station, an annual deployment of U.S. military training teams to the U.S. Southern Command area of responsibility in the Caribbean and Latin America.
