    U.S. Army 2016 Best Warrior Competition participants type a 400-word essay on improving soldier readiness, during the U.S. Army 2016 Best Warrior Competition at Fort A.P. Hill, Va., Sept. 26, 2016. The BWC is an annual weeklong event that will test 20 Soldiers from 10 major commands on their physical and mental capabilities.
