U.S. Army Sgt. 1st Class Joshua Moeller, assigned to the U.S. Army Reserve Command, finishes his two-mile run during the Army Physical Fitness Test; on Day one of the U.S. Army 2016 Best Warrior Competition at Fort A.P. Hill, Va., Sept. 26, 2016. The competition is a weeklong event that tests the skills, knowledge and professionalism of 20 warriors representing 10 commands. The top NCO and Soldier will be announced Oct. 3, in Washington DC.
