Michael Orozco, assigned to the 301st Maneuver Enhancement Brigade, types a 400-word essay on improving Soldier readiness, during the U.S. Army 2016 Best Warrior Competition at Fort A.P. Hill, Va., Sept. 26, 2016. The BWC is an annual weeklong event that will test 20 Soldiers from 10 major commands, on their physical and mental capabilities.
