Marine Maj. Mark Tobin, Marine special operations command liaison officer, takes his last step before jumping out the door of a C-130 aircraft during an airborne operation April 22 at Homestead Air Reserve Base, Fla. The training allows airborne-qualified personnel to maintain current airborne proficiency and mission readiness in response to any contingency response force in the command's area of focus, which spans from the Caribbean, Central and South America.
