U.S. Army 1st Lt. Adam Suter from Rochester, Minn., of Alpha Company, 2nd Battalion, 14th Infantry Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 10th Mountain Division, gives a plaque to 2nd Battalion, 8th Brigade, 2nd Division Iraqi Federal Police 1st Lt. Batt Sadr, after a commemoration of the joint effort between the units at Joint Site Security Shaura Um Jidr, Baghdad, Iraq, April 14. The plaque was given prior to the complete handover of the JSS to the Iraqi federal police from U.S. forces.
