Military personnel in US Army MultiCam/OCP camouflage uniforms are working together to place or position a large precast concrete panel using a blue lifting spreader bar attached to a tracked military crane/excavator. The soldiers are guiding the concrete element with ropes and hands while an operator controls the machinery from the cab. The operation appears to be a construction or engineering exercise taking place on a gravel surface with additional concrete panels visible nearby.
