The Alabama National Guard's 166th Engineering Company from Winfield, Alabama is participating in Operation Resolute Castle 16 at Cincu Training Range, Cincu, Romania, from April through September 2016. The 166th Soldiers are working alongside members of the Romanian Land Forces on various vertical engineering projects to help facilitate the Romanian's training and infrastructure needs.
