Edwards, who was the detailer when the Mass Communication Specialist rate was created, speaks to Mass Communication Specialists (MCs) in the San Diego area during the MC 10th Anniversary Celebration at Navy Public Affairs Support Element West. The cake was specially designed to commemorate the Mass Communication Specialist 10th Anniversary hosted by Navy Public Affairs Support Element West. This event honored the merger of the four legacy rates of Photographer’s Mate, Journalist, Illustrator Draftsman, and Lithographer.
