(June 30, 2016) USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN 71) Command Master Chief Spike Call (left) and Naval Air Station North Island Command Master Chief Matthew Logsdon (right) join Mass Communication Specialist Seaman Kryzentia Weiermann and Master Chief Mass Communication Specialist Donnie Ryan for a ceremonial cake cutting June 30. The cake was specially designed to commemorate the Mass Communication Specialist 10th Anniversary hosted by Navy Public Affairs Support Element West. This event honored the merger of the four legacy rates of Photographer’s Mate, Journalist, Illustrator Draftsman, and Lithographer.
