Royal Cambodian Air Force Capt. Ngel Wuth examines a patient to determine what prescription strength he will need for eyeglasses during the Health Services Outreach dry-run June 12, 2016. The HSO team saw more than 70 patients during their dry run in preparation for the week where they expect to see nearly 500-600 patients daily. Wuth is an Ophthalmologist with the RCAF and is part of Pacific Angel 16-2, which promotes interoperability with partner nations, and enhances their humanitarian assistance and disaster relief capabilities while providing needed services to people in need throughout the Indo-Asia-Pacific region.
