The Airmen are deployed along with nearly 250 service members and non-government organizations from Cambodia, the U.S., Australia, Vietnam and Thailand as part of Pacific Angel, a humanitarian assistance mission designed to build partner capacity through medical/health outreach, engineering civic projects and subject matter exchanges. Redmond is a structural craftsman and Weathers is a Water and Fuel systems maintenance craftsman, and both are deployed from the 647th Civil Engineer Squadron at Joint Base Pearl Harbor - Hickam, Hawaii.
