EL CENTRO, Calif. (May 26, 2016) - Capt. William C. Doster, commanding officer of Naval Air Facility (NAF) El Centro, and Master-at-Arms Seaman Meline Noel, from Fort Lauderdale, Fla., cut the cake during the 70th Anniversary of NAF El Centro's establishment.
