A tiltrotor aircraft, identifiable as a Bell Boeing V-22 Osprey, is on the deck of what appears to be a naval vessel with its rotors spinning. Ground crew members wearing orange life vests, white helmets, and blue flight suits are conducting fueling and deck operations around the aircraft. The setting appears to be a ship's flight deck with water and hilly coastline visible in the background.

Japan Maritime Self Defense Force personnel finish refueling a U.S. Marine Corps MV-22B Osprey tiltrotor aircraft from Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron (VMM) 265 (Reinforced), 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), aboard the JS Hyuga (DDH 181), at sea, April 22, 2016. The Osprey recieved supplies from the Hyuga in support of the relief effort after a series of earthquakes struck the island of Kyushu. The 31st MEU is the only continually forward-deployed MEU and remains the Marine Corps' force-in-readiness in the Asia-Pacific region. (U.S. Marine Corps photo by Cpl. Darien J.
