A low-angle fisheye photograph captures a group of military personnel in camouflage uniforms and white hard hats performing construction or engineering work. The central figure is using a measuring tape across what appears to be a circular wooden formwork structure, likely for a concrete pour or foundation work. The dramatic perspective from below emphasizes the scale of the structure and the coordinated teamwork of the crew.
