U.S. Army Sgt. Cedrick Warper from Clarksdale, Miss., assigned to 1-14 Cavalry, 2nd Infantry Division, takes the blood pressure of a local Iraqi boy in the first Tripartite Medical Civil Action Project in Albu Gade, Iraq, Feb. 9. Charlie Troop, 1-14 Cavalry participated with Iraqi and Peshmerga army to provide security for U.S. Army medics, Iraqi and Kurdish doctors in an effort to provide medical attention to local Iraqis.
