Aaron Heard, from San Antonio, Texas, assigned to Charlie Troop 1-14 Cavalry 2nd Infantry Division, helps lay a roll of razor wire to secure an area for the first Tripartite Medical Civil Action Project in Albu Gade, Iraq, Feb. 9. Charlie Troop, 1-14 Cavalry participated with Iraqi and Peshmerga army to provide security for U.S. Army medics, Iraqi and Kurdish doctors in an effort to provide medical attention to local Iraqis.
