Sailors and embarked Marines aboard USS Gunston Hall (LSD 44) form a "chain" during a working party to help load food and stores during a vertical replenishment with USNS Lewis and Clark (T-AKE 1). Gunston Hall, a Whidbey Island-class dock-landing ship, was diverted from a scheduled deployment to West Africa to help Haitian relief operations as part of Operation Unified Response.
