Seaman Katherine Spoonemore, a boatswain's mate assigned to USS Gunston Hall's (LSD 44) deck department, from McLoud, Okla., untangles a wad of bungee cable on the flight deck during a vertical replenishment with USNS Lewis and Clark (T-AKE 1). Gunston Hall, a Whidbey Island-class dock-landing ship, was diverted from a scheduled deployment to West Africa to help Haitian relief operations as part of Operation Unified Response.
