PHILIPPINE SEA (Feb. 26, 2016) - Gunner’s Mate 3rd Class Cody Barlow from Wagoner, Okla., fires a shot line from the guided-missile destroyer USS Stockdale (DDG 106) during a replenishment at sea with the fast combat support ship USNS Rainier (T-AOE-7) to transfer a blend of advanced biofuel. Providing a ready force supporting security and stability in the Indo-Asia-Pacific, Stockdale is operating as part of the John C.
