PHILIPPINE SEA (Feb. 26, 2016) - The guided-missile destroyer USS Stockdale (DDG 106) approaches the fast combat support ship USNS Rainier (T-AOE-7) for a replenishment at sea to receive a blend of advanced biofuel. Providing a ready force supporting security and stability in the Indo-Asia-Pacific, Stockdale is operating as part of the John C.
