George C. Marshall European Center Director and retired Army Lt. Gen. Keith Dayton cautions students about regional conflicts and the likelihood they can become international during the first day of the seminar on regional security studies. The three-week seminar on regional security studies resident course at the George C. Marshall European Center explores regional security considerations and conflict resolution through analyzing case studies from Libya, Georgia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Syria.
