Charles Whittington, Deputy Commanding General for Support, First Army, introduces the U.S. Army Field Band and soldiers Chorus during the 69th Annual Midwest Clinic – International Band and Orchestra Conference – in Chicago on Dec. 17. The band, based at Fort Meade, Maryland, performs near 100 concerts a year.
