Task Force 51/5th Marine Expeditionary Brigade

Royal Danish Army soldiers 1st Lt. Kristine and Sgt. 1st Class Martin, both with the building partner capacity (BPC) mission supporting Combined Joint Task Force - Operation Inherent Resolve (CJTF-OIR), observes an Iraqi soldier with the 3rd Battalion, 75th Brigade, 7th Iraqi Army Division, firing an M240B machine gun at Al Asad Air Base, Iraq, Nov. 29, 2015. Al Asad is one of four sites supporting the CJTF-OIR’s BPC mission. Training at the BPC sites focuses on basic combat skills and includes: military tactics, instruction in leadership, ethics, the law of war, land navigation, battlefield medicine, counter-sniper tactics, explosive hazard awareness training, infantry skills, small unit maneuvering and combined arms obstacle breaching.
