    Canadian Sgt. Karen Jones, the kitchen officer of the Wilson dining facility, left, and Pfc. Ellison, a Perris, Calif., native, is doing her first deployment in Jones's kitchen and says her time with Canadians has taught her more about cooking. "Cooking is not just who I am. It's what I want to be, and the people that I work with," said Jones, a Gagetown, New Brunswick, native.
