    Djibouti's Prime Minister Dileita Mohamed Dileita observes a moment of silence in remembrance of the loss of a Ugandan Peoples defense force army officer in a traffic accident earlier in the week during the opening ceremonies from the grandstand at the parade ground in Djibouti, Nov. 29. The Eastern African Standby Force Field Training Exercise is multi-national, multi-dimensional field training exercise that is designed to test the Eastern African Standby Brigade's operating capabilities, it is being hosted in Djibouti, Nov. 29 to Dec. 4, 2009.
