    Gelan Dite, a member of the Ethiopian national defense force, is the flag bearer of his nation during the opening ceremonies on the parade grounds in Djibouti, Nov. 29. The Eastern African Standby Force Field Training Exercise is multi-national, multi-dimensional field training exercise that is designed to test the Eastern African Standby Brigade's operating capabilities, it is being hosted in Djibouti, Nov. 29 to Dec. 4, 2009.
