Lt. Gen. Frank G. Helmick took charge of the XVIII Airborne Corps during an Assumption of Command ceremony Nov. 19 at the Fort Bragg parade field. "There is a constant here at Fort Bragg," Helmick said. "It is the incredible officers, paratroopers and Soldiers that make up this corps, as well as the Department of the Army civilians."
