    A Fort Jackson, South Carolina, drill sergeant takes a distribution nozzle from Pfc. Hector Soto-Garcia, a water treatment specialist with the 127th Quartermaster Company, in order to fill a 400 gallon water buffalo. Task Force Water has issued purified water at 26 distribution sites, including seven dining facilities responsible for feeding more than 10,000 Soldiers.
