    Fort Jackson Basic Training Soldiers help fill and distribute 5 gallon water cans alongside 127th Quartermaster Company soldiers. One of 127th QM's water distribution Load Handling System Compatible Water Tank Racks (HIPPOs) assisted in filling and distributing more than 1,100 cans to Fort Jackson families.
