A military CH-47 Chinook tandem-rotor helicopter hovers low over a wooded area near what appears to be a flood-damaged or construction site. Ground crew members in orange high-visibility vests are visible on the ground, apparently coordinating with the helicopter, which appears to be involved in a sling-load or heavy-lift operation. Construction equipment, including an excavator, is visible in the background.
