A yellow Caterpillar (CAT) excavator is actively working in or near a turbid, fast-moving river, placing or repositioning large rocks and boulders. The operation appears to be riverbank stabilization or flood control work, with riprap (large stones) visible along the far bank. A highway bridge and power transmission towers are visible in the background.
