A river construction or dredging operation is underway along a muddy, turbulent waterway. Multiple yellow CAT (Caterpillar) excavators and heavy machinery are positioned along the riverbank, actively working on what appears to be flood recovery, channel clearing, or infrastructure repair. A partially submerged or low-lying metal barge or bridge section is visible in the foreground of the river.
