    A two-lane road with double yellow center lines leads to a bridge or low-lying section that has been severely damaged by flooding. Uprooted trees, debris, and mud are deposited across both sides of the roadway, and standing water is visible on the road surface. A small group of people can be seen in the distance assessing the damage near the blocked section.
