A road has suffered severe flood damage, with a large section of asphalt and concrete completely washed away by fast-moving, sediment-laden floodwater. The guardrail along the road's edge has collapsed into the eroded gap, exposing rebar and broken concrete slabs. Several bystanders are visible in the background observing the damage from a safe distance.
