    The 313th Army Reserve Band out of Birmingham, Ala., plays the Army Song during the Army Reserve Medical Command Change of Command Ceremony held Sept. 26, 2015, at the C.W. Bill Young Armed Forces Reserve Center in Pinellas Park, Fla. During the ceremony, the incoming command team Maj. Gen. Mary E. Link and Command Sgt. Maj. Marlo V. Cross, assumed command and responsibility respectively from Maj. Gen. Bryan R. Kelly and Command Sgt. Maj. Harold P. Estabrooks, the outgoing command team.
