Bill Young Armed Forces Reserve Center in Pinellas Park, Fla. Visot hosted the ceremony, in which Link and Cross assumed command and responsibility respectively from the outgoing command team of Maj. Gen. Bryan R. Kelly and Command Sgt. Maj. Harold P. Estabrooks.
