    Maj. Gen. Bryan R. Kelly (right) the outgoing commander of the Army Reserve Medical Command, passes the guidon to Maj. Gen. Luis R. Visot, the U.S. Army Reserve Command chief of staff, during the ARMEDCOM change of command ceremony held Sept. 26, 2015 at the C.W. Bill Young Armed Forces Reserve Center in Pinellas Park, Fla. The passing of the guidon from Kelly to Visot symbolized Kelly relinquishing his authority and command responsibility of ARMEDCOM. After 26 years of dedicated service to the U.S. Army Reserve, Kelly is retiring. He plans to spend more time with his family and continue his civilian career as a clinical psychologist near his hometown of East Sandwich, Mass.
