U.S. Marines with 9th Engineer Support Battalion, 3d Marine Logistics Group and a Philippine counterpart paint the walls of the Concepcion Elementary School in Palawan, Philippines in order to improve the overall appearance of the establishment during a civilian engineering project as part of Amphibious Landing Exercise 2015 (PHIBLEX 15), Sept. 21.
