U.S. Marines with 9th Engineer Support Battalion, 3d Marine Logistics Group, paint the walls of the Concepcion Elementary School in Palawan, Philippines in order to improve the overall appearance of the establishment during a civilian engineering project as part of Amphibious Landing Exercise 2015 (PHIBLEX 15), Sept. 21.
