    Sgt. Cody Lightfoot, construction engineer, 390th Engineer Company, dips a piece of bread into salt as part of the completion ceremony Aug. 19 for a roof renovation Humanitarian Civil Assistance project in Veliko Tarnovo, Bulgaria at Prolet Kindergarten. The roof was one of the projects completed by the 390th Engineer Company out of Chattanogga, Tenn., and the Bulgarian Army funded by the U.S. European Command through the U.S. Office of Defense Cooperation Bulgaria.
